Noor Hamdan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in civil, commercial, and capital markets law, having represented and provided legal counsel to various entities, including investment companies, real estate firms, and insurance companies. Her practice has focused on representing clients in matters involving banks, secured and executed judgments, and conducting thorough legal research.
Noor Hamdan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kuwait University, Faculty of Law, obtained in 2009. She is a member of the Kuwait Bar Association, admitted to practice since 2009, and has been practicing as an attorney before the Constitutional and Cassation Courts.
Furthermore, Noor Hamdan has been serving as an arbitrator at the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Centre since 2020.
In addition to her legal expertise, Noor Hamdan has demonstrated her commitment to diverse aspects of legal practice by serving as a Legal Consultant at the Committees of the Kuwaiti National Assembly.

Alenezi, LLB, is a distinguished graduate of Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK, with a focus on international law and corporate & commercial law. Prior to joining YFLG, Ahmed acquired valuable expertise as a Legal Trainee/Legal Advisor at the award-winning Northumbria University Law Clinic, where he provided guidance on commercial and civil matters.
Alenezi’s expertise encompasses a broad range of legal areas, including corporate and commercial law, franchise law, agency and distributorship matters, and intellectual property law. He has demonstrated a track record of effectively managing complex corporate and commercial issues, including mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, government projects, and intellectual property disputes.
During his tenure as an intern at Al Hamad Legal Group, Ahmed made significant contributions to a DFIC case valued at 18 million KWD (approximately 59 million USD) and gained experience in negotiating complex contracts, including the Dhaman healthcare contract. He also developed extensive knowledge in handling multinational franchise and distribution agreements in the medical sector. Additionally, Alenezi assisted senior associates with drafting contracts for major pharmaceutical companies such as Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca during his internship at Medical Company in 2021
